What this deposit covers
This payment reserves your seat for a Penelope Academy course in hair or beauty education. Your deposit is non-transferable to another person and is assigned to the booking details submitted at checkout.
Important checkout instruction
At checkout, in Order Notes, you must write the course name this deposit is for (example: “Beginner Nail Technician Course” or “Advanced Brow Styling Course”).
Terms & Conditions (Deposit Policy)
- Non-attendance / no-show: If you do not attend on your scheduled course date and time, your £100 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation with at least 7 days’ notice: If you cancel and inform Penelope Academy at least 7 full days before the booked date, the deposit is fully refundable.
- One-time date change (allowed): You may change your booked date once if you notify Penelope Academy at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case, the deposit remains attached to your new date.
- Second date-change request: A second request to reschedule results in loss of the deposit. The £100 deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Failure to meet the terms above: If required notice periods are not met, or if any condition above is not satisfied, the deposit is not refundable.
By paying this deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted the deposit terms and cancellation policy.
